Products & Handcraft Nature

All products sold on Shilpkala are 100% handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handmade items:

• Slight variations in color, size, shape, texture, and design are natural and expected.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly from photographs.
• These variations are a hallmark of authentic handcraft and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).
• For online payments, the transaction is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.

Orders & Availability

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and when it ships.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

User Accounts
