We deliver handcrafted products across India with care and reliability. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Since our products are handcrafted, some items may require an additional 1-2 days for preparation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• Shipping Charges: A flat rate of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
• Packaging: All products are carefully packed with multiple layers of eco-friendly protection. Fragile items like terracotta idols receive extra bubble wrap and cushioning.

Note: We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, here is our returns process:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge. Please send photos of the damage to sudhasharma9868@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Handcraft Variations: Minor variations in color, size, texture, and design are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. We will contact you for your bank details.

2. Include clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
